LMAO. Sorry but couldn't help but laugh at that. From the pic, I can tell that what you've taken a picture of is the Vertical Stabalizer of a Bell UH-1 Iraqois(Huey). Which is a helicopter. I'm sure you knew this when you took the picture and were probably just exhausted from all your picture taking and forgot. Secondly, it's not called a propeller. It's called a Tail Rotor, or Counter-torque Rotor. It's job is to counter the torque produced by the spinning of the Main Rotor. The sign there is to keep bozos from walking into a spinning tail rotor, severely maiming them, or most likely, killing them. Sweet picture though. Hope you don't mind me clearing this little bit up for you.
